Watch warranty

All our watches are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 36 months from the date of purchase.

The warranty for watches covers :

All material and manufacturing defects. The watch movement, hands and dial are the only components guaranteed during this period. Any component covered by the warranty will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of charge provided the defects in material or workmanship are revealed under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

  • defects or damage resulting from accident, improper handling or misuse (such as shocks, blows, crushing, etc.);
  • normal wear and tear or ageing of components;
  • abnormal use or lack of regular maintenance of the watch;
  • defects resulting from magnetic fields or climatic conditions;
  • infiltration of moisture into the case and oxidation phenomena (for non-waterproof watches) 
  • straps made of leather, rubber, synthetic polymer or any other non-metallic material;
  • watches whose serial number or any other identification mark has been erased or altered;
  • theft or loss.
