At Joaillerie Royale, you have a full 3 year warranty from the date of purchase on all jewellery.

We guarantee the high quality of our jewellery and the guarantee will serve as protection. In case of a problem during this warranty period, just let us know and we will intervene free of charge. We are responsible for any manufacturing defects during this period.

The 3-year guarantee applies to normal use.

Wear and tear, ageing and loss or breakage due to accidental circumstances are excluded from this guarantee.

All our products are authentic and have their original certificates.
