GENERAL CONDITIONS
The present conditions apply to the sale of products by JOAILLERIE ROYALE on its Internet shop. They are automatically made available to the buyer on the pages of the website. Consequently, the fact of placing an order implies the buyer's full and unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
ARTICLE 1 - PRICES
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, including all taxes, but excluding processing and shipping costs.
All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in Euros.
JOAILLERIE ROYALE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the recording of the orders subject to availability at this date.
ARTICLE 2 - AVAILABILITY
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks.
In the event that a product is not available after you have placed your order, we will inform you by e-mail or by post as soon as possible. Your order will be automatically cancelled and you will be immediately refunded if your bank account has been debited.
ARTICLE 3 - DELIVERY
The products purchased on the JOAILLERIE ROYALE website are delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process.
ARTICLE 4 - SATISFIED OR REFUNDED
In case of order not conforming to the description or for other reasons, you will be completely refunded. The buyer wishing to exercise this right must notify us using the form available on our site (see the section on the right of withdrawal) We undertake to refund you or exchange the products within 14 days.
Returns and refunds are only accepted for purchases via the Internet with delivery by carrier. If the purchase is made directly at our store, we do not accept returns or refunds except if there are major problems at the watch .
ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT
The payment of your purchases is made :
either by credit card (after agreement and verification of good faith, accompanied by a photocopy of both sides of an identity document)
or by bank transfer.
or by deposit for reservation up to a maximum of 20% of the purchase price, the balance being then payable according to one of the methods stipulated above. If a deposit is paid, it will be considered as a deposit. If the balance is not paid within 2 months, without prejudice to the buyer's right of renunciation in accordance with article 11, the sale will be cancelled by right JOAILLERIE ROYALE will be able to keep the deposit as a fixed cancellation indemnity without having to justify its damage further.
No sending in against refunding will be accepted whatever the reason. The delivery of your products will be made after receipt of your payment.
ARTICLE 6 : SECURITY
The part of the JOAILLERIE ROYALE website dedicated to online payment is subject to a security system, with SSL encryption of all this information. Under no circumstances are they managed or stored on our servers.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA :
None of the personal data concerning you (name, address, telephone numbers, fax numbers or e-mail address, IP of your computer...), that you would have communicated to us by the means of the site of JOAILLERIE ROYALE, will be communicated to third parties.

ARTICLE 7 - LIABILITY
JOAILLERIE ROYALE is only responsible for the content of the pages it publishes. In case of obvious error between the characteristics of the product and its representation and/or the conditions of sale, JOAILLERIE ROYALE cannot be held responsible. In case of professional purchases, JOAILLERIE ROYALE will not be held responsible for any indirect damage, operating loss, loss of profit, damage or expenses, which could occur because of the purchase of the products.
Our products are not compatible with professional use.
JOAILLERIE ROYALE cannot be held responsible for any damage whatsoever resulting from a professional activity.
The products offered for sale comply with Belgian regulations and taxes. If necessary, it is up to the foreign customer to check with the local authorities the import taxes of the product he plans to order; JOAILLERIE ROYALE's responsibility cannot be engaged in case of non-respect of the regulations of a foreign country where the product is delivered.
ARTICLE 8 - GUARANTEE
In order to benefit from the guarantee of the products, it is imperative to keep the purchase invoice of your product.
The contractual guarantees do not cover :
abnormal or non-conforming use of the products. In this respect, we invite you to carefully consult the instructions for use supplied with the products,
Defects and their consequences linked to use that does not conform to the use for which the product is intended;
All second-hand watches are guaranteed for 36 months from the date on the warranty card. During this period, JOAILLERIE ROYALE undertakes to repair free of charge all manufacturing defects existing at the time the watch is delivered as well as all breakdowns occurring during the guarantee period.
A rusty watch which was not waterproof, or badly used according to the depths (see Waterproofing Faq)
In all cases, Joaillerie Royale will examine the situation on a case-by-case basis in order to assess whether it is a manufacturing defect/mark of conformity.
ARTICLE 9 - PACKAGING
The items are delivered in a box with the instructions and the guarantee certificate.
In order to ensure that your order is transported in the best possible conditions, it is sent in robust packaging designed to protect its contents in the best possible way.

All shipments are secure and insured. For optimum security they all have a tracking number which is sent to you upon shipment.
All our parts are insured during transport.
Delivery times vary depending on your country.
The system of the POST office allows a delivery in an average time of forty-eight hours from the JOAILLERIE ROYALE warehouse. This time is given as an indication.
A tracking number will be given to you at the time of dispatch.
Any delay will not give rise to damages, withholding or cancellation of the order by the Buyer.
In case of delay in delivery in relation to the date initially fixed, the Buyer will have to indicate it in writing (mail or email) to allow JOAILLERIE ROYALE to proceed to an enquiry with FedEx.
An investigation with FedEx can last up to 21 working days. If during this period, the product is found, it will be immediately redirected to the Buyer's home or to the recipient designated in the order form.
On the other hand, if the ordered product is not found at the end of this 21 working days period, JOAILLERIE ROYALE will proceed with a request for reimbursement to FedEx, in order to reimburse the customer.
ARTICLE 11 - RIGHT OF RENUNCIATION
The purchaser has the right to renounce to the purchase in the 14 working days from the moment he/she has advised us of this decision. The consumer has a 14 days deadline as from the day of the delivery to retract from the contract, the consumer has a new 14 days deadline as from the day following the communication of his/her decision to retract from the contract to send back the goods to Joaillerie Royale.
The buyer wishing to exercise this right must notify us using the form made available on our site (see right of withdrawal section), the return can be made by a carrier of the buyer's choice, in case of depreciation of the returned product the buyer will be responsible and will have to pay an indemnity.
ARTICLE 12 - RESERVATION AND DEPOSITS
If the buyer reserves a product with a deposit on our site or in the shop, this must be paid and recovered within a maximum of 2 months from the date of the reservation. If this is not the case, Joaillerie Royale reserves the right to sell this product with a deduction of the deposit paid in order to recover the money.

The consumer has the right to notify the seller that he/she renounces the purchase, without penalties and without giving any reason, within 14 working days from the day after the delivery of the product.
